Labcal provides expert single or multi-point calibration and adjustment for pressure sensors, probes and gauges including fixed or handheld displays

Calibration range 0-1400 bar, 0-140 MPa or 0-20 000 psi

Labcal provides expert, independent calibration services to customers across a diverse range of industries from well-known pharmaceutical companies to medical, aerospace, defence and food & beverage organisations. We can be found on the UKAS website, laboratory number 0625 – see our schedule here. Please get in touch to discuss your calibration requirements.

We specialise in the accurate calibration of low differential pressure which is essential for measuring the pressure in ducts and the calibration of pitot tubes. We utilise several pneumatic and hydraulic deadweight testers which measure gauge and absolute pressures from a fraction of a Pascal to 1400 bar.

The Labcal team has the knowledge and experience to calibrate the latest devices right through to instruments that may be many decades old. Here are some devices and manufacturers that we calibrate regularly.

  • Pressure gauges
  • Digital pressure indicators
  • Barometers
  • Differerential pressure indicators
  • Liquid manometers
  • Micro manometers
  • Pressure transducers
  • Pressure transmitters
  • Pressure equivalent calibration of dead weight testers (pressure balance with mass set)
  • Fluke
  • Wika
  • RS
  • SI
  • PCE
  • Druck
  • GE
  • Furness Controls
  • Testo
  • Cole Palmer
